SALES REPRESENTATIVE

ALLINE Agency is an entrepreneurial and dynamic company growing at fast pace. As we increase sales and add on new brands to our current portfolio we seek a committed sales representative to continue developing the business and support current growth. As sales representative you will be responsible for our product portfolio, driving sales to current clients mainly in Sweden, Denmark and Finland and identify leads, educating prospects and providing exceptional customer support. You will be reporting to our Sales Manager.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are the principle point of contact between the business and our customers and therefore ensure that current customers have the right products and services, identify new customer leads and pitch prospective customers
  • Maintain great customer relations and pursue sales opportunities by selling products and meeting customers’ needs
  • Present product lines to customers and adjust the content of a presentation based on type of sales outlet
  • Focus sales efforts by studying brand positioning and potential
  • Analyze, initiate and evaluate sales campaigns
  • Keep management informed about sales activity and results
  • Be part of budgeting and follow up / evaluate
  • Monitor competition as well as new brand prospect opportunities by looking at the market’s needs, product, pricing and positioning
  • Recommend changes in product depending on market’s needs and results
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating the problem and suggest a solution to management
  • Take part of tradeshows locally in Scandinavia as well as internationally such as Milan, Paris, London and New York when required
  • Join collection meetings / kick-offs internationally in Italy, Switzerland, Portugal and more when required
  • Contribute to reaching common company / team goals


QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Three to five years proven work experience as sales representative
  • Interest in fashion, lifestyle and consumer goods
  • Organized and structured
  • Work independently, take initiatives and responsibility for completing tasks
  • Responsible and accountable
  • Entrepreneurial enjoying a dynamic workplace in constant development
  • Skilled in customer service, client relationships
  • Experience in territory management and distribution
  • Prospecting and negotiating skills
  • Motivations for sales and meeting sales goals


EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s university degree in business or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices
