This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy“) complies with the new Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR“), and explains how ALLINE AGENCY (“ALLINE AGENCY“) collects, uses, protects and shares the personal information we have about our customers and others who visit our website.

We take all appropriate technical and organizational security measures required to protect your personal information from improper access, change or destruction.

2. WHEN DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

2.1 General

2.1.1 Personal data means any kind of information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a natural living person. Sensitive personal data is information that discloses racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership, and personal or health information.

2.1.2 We do not process any sensitive personal data related to you. Below is a description of when your personal data is processed.

2.2 Comments

2.2.1 When visitors leave comments on the website, we collect the data shown in the comment form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

2.2.2 An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

2.3 Cookies

2.3.1 A cookie is a text file that is sent from a web page to your computer where it is stored either in memory (session cookies) or as a small text file (text-based cookies). Cookies are used to store e.g. login information or your shopping cart when browsing different websites. If your browser is set to not accept cookies, you will not be able to place an order on our site. You can easily change these settings in your browser. Please note that we do not use cookies to save personal information about you.

2.3.2 If you leave a comment on our site while placing your order (see “order notes”) you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

2.3.3 If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

2.3.4 When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for one year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

2.4 Embedded content from other websites

2.4.1 Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

2.4.2 The website features plug-ins for easy sharing and following our social media pages, such as Instagram. Being on the website does not automatically result in sharing data on these social media platforms.

2.4.3 These websites and social media platforms may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

2.5.1 When you place an order or create a customer account, you also agree that ALLINE AGENCY stores and uses your information. We do this in order to fulfil our commitments to you. We also document all communications that we have with you via e-mail in order to provide the service that you expect from us.

4.1 More about processing personal data

4.1.1 Personal data that we collect is used to provide and improve our services. Our main purpose for processing your personal data is that we must be able to fulfil your obligations to you as a customer or to you who wants to be contacted by us. If you have not given your consent to us processing your personal data for marketing purposes and only providing your personal information to order our products, your personal data will not be used for any other purpose.

4.2 More about how long do we save your personal data

4.2.1 We save personal information as long as it is necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

4.2.2 For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username).

4.3 Access to your personal data

4.3.1 The personal data is available in its entirety for selected parts of our staff. Only certain employees have access to customer registers, e-mail and accounting.

4.3.2 We use third party service for help with web development, inventory management and similar service services to which we disclose personal information or we provide limited access to personal information (“ThirdParty Service“). Cooperation between us and Third-Party Service is regulated in accordance with the GDPR through personal data assistance agreements.

4.3.3 We always strive to ensure that your personal data is processed within the EU / EEA. All our own IT systems are located in the EU / EEA. When you use one of our services, your personal data may be transferred to a country outside the EU / EEA. At each such transfer, we will ensure that the transfer is in accordance with the GDPR’s regulations on the transfer of personal data to countries outside the EU / EEA.

5. MARKETING CONSENT

After (and only) after your consent, we send newsletters containing marketing to you. We may also analyse your personal data in order to send you interesting and personalized marketing. You may at any time withdraw your consent to us processing your personal data for marketing purposes by sending an email to sales@allineagency.com

6. PERSONAL DATA INCIDENT

6.1 If there is a personal data incident, which means that personal data for which we are responsible for personal data comes in wrong hands, we will immediately report this to the Swedish Data Protection Authority. We will decide in each case whether we will notify the customer / customers.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

7.1 You always have the right to:

(a) Access your personal information. You can request a copy of the information you would like to have and verify the information we have about you. A copy is free to request. In order to ensure that it is the right person who requests information, such a request must come from the e-mail address that you have previously used to communicate with us.

(b) Correct incorrect or incomplete personal information. Request for correction is sent to us via e-mail address below.

(c) Get your data deleted in some cases, such as if your personal information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

(d) Limit the processing of your personal data in some cases – e.g. if you have objected to the processing of your personal data, which is done after balancing interests – while the control is carried out if our reasons weigh heavier than your interests, rights and freedoms.

(e) Receive and transfer personal data to another person responsible for personal data in some cases (data portability).

(f) You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data based on a balance of interests. Continued processing of your personal data requires, in such a case, that we may display mandatory justifications that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms or whether it is for the purposes of the determination, exercise or defence of legal claims.

(g) You have the right to present a complaint regarding the processing to the Swedish Data Protection Authority or other competent supervisory authority within the EU.
